Dr. Viliam Lisý: DEEPSTACK

Advanced machine solutions including AI, robotics, drones, and blockchain
can be developed at massive scale for poorer communities in the tropical
belt of the planet. Jonathan Ledgard, former director at EPFL in
Switzerland, Africa correspondent at The Economist, and visitor at CVUT in
AI, outlines immediate and near term opportunities for research and
application.
Viliam Lisy received his Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence from Czech Technical University in Prague. He holds a master’s degree in Technical Artificial Intelligence from VU University Amsterdam and a master’s degree in Theoretical Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague. Currently, he is an assistant professor at Czech Technical University in Prague. His research interests include game theory, network security, adversarial machine learning and reinforcement learning.
