J. Kubík: Analog Devices & More-than-Moore wafer processing (with Special Emphasis on Magnetics)

Jan Kubík works as Staff Process Development Engineer in Global Operations of Analog Devices (ADI) and is located in Limerick, Ireland. He will introduce ADI’s Limerick Manufacturing Facility with an emphasis on continued innovation and managing transitions. A section will follow focused on selected wafer-level processing technologies used for devices beyond CMOS – “More-than-Moore”. He’d then present in more detail on device and process development two examples of More-than-Moore devices – magnetoresistive sensor and integrated magnetic core transformer for integrated DC-DC conversion.
